Preschool (EYFS)

At SIA, our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) programme offers a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where children aged 2 to 5 can explore the world around them through carefully structured play, inquiry and creativity.

Our qualified EYFS practitioners guide children through seven key areas of development, ensuring a holistic foundation that sets them up for success in their primary school years and beyond.

Communication & Language
Developing listening, understanding and speaking skills.

Fine and gross motor skills through movement and activity.

Arrival & Morning Circle
Children settle in, greetings and morning activities.
8:00 – 9:30
Structured Learning Play
Guided activities across learning areas in the classroom.
9:30 – 10:00
Snack & Free Play
Healthy snack time and socialisation.
10:00 – 11:30
Outdoor / Physical Activity
Active play, gross motor development and nature exploration.
11:30 – 12:30
Lunch & Rest
Nutritious lunch followed by quiet time.

Creative Arts & Story Time
Art, music, drama and story-based learning.

Review & Dismissal
Recap of the day and safe handover to parents.
